If you’re looking for a space for an event or conference, you’re in luck! TIFC has two beautifully spacious studiosavailable for hire on an hourly and daily basis. Suitable for large and small groups, lectures, weekend yoga retreats, alternative healing and complementary therapies, demonstrations, fitness festivals, exercise workshops and social events. Correct technique is of paramount importance at TIFC! Technique is essential whether you’re taking part in BODYPUMP,Yoga or Pilates. Steve, the founder of TIFC, specialises in technique and posture which will help you achieve your exercise goals faster and more efficiently. All classes can be modified to all levels of ability to ensure your safety and most importantly to make sure all classes are enjoyable.
